post-traumatic birthday blues

i woke up with the weight of the world on my shoulders:
glenn's burdens and absence
his lack of responsibility and accountability
his inability to help me 

it was hard to stop crying today.

i reached out for help as best as i could, and thankfully these people were there for me...so i didn't feel too alone.

looking forward to CW and Soul tomorrow.
